The Quantum is our versatile road cycling jersey, great for all-day escapes, club runs and weeknight chain gangs alike.
Pull it on, grab the bike and ride - and do it all again the next day thanks to a UPF 50+, wash-durable fabric and an understated style that makes pairing with socks and accessories a cinch.
Trimmed with a smooth running full zip and a classic club collar, the Quantum boasts three full rear pockets finished with inner flaps to better secure your stuff, bookended with dual zippered valuables pockets.
Built with a real-world fit, we made the Quantum trim but not tight, and added rolled shoulders and rear shaping darts for a better on-bike position that won’t let you down at the mid-ride stop.
Fabric Care:
When we were designing the Quantum, we wanted it to offer incredible moisture management in hot conditions, so we selected a fabric that comes in about half the size of other microfibres (maybe you could call it a super-micro microfibre). All this high wicking performance though can make the fabric sensitive to rough handling, so try to keep your Quantum well away from velcro, cats, dogs, bushes or anything else that could scratch or pull at the jersey.

IT'S METAL
Over our long tenure from mountain biking's awkward adolescence to its current anything-shreddy era, we've experimented with steel, aluminum and titanium—remember the Bow-Ti, the first superbike? We remember the metal times too, and it feels good to offer a premium ride experience to our broadening family of riders, courtesy of durable, affordable aluminum alloy.
MODERN GEOMETRY
With a steep, 76-degree seat tube angle and a rangy but not stratospheric reach, the Ripmo AF places riders centrally and upright over the bottom bracket. It makes for an efficient position that can go the long haul without placing too much weight on its slack, 64.9-degree headtube angle. A 44mm reduced-offset fork is more surefooted on steep descents and steadies high speeds. Better up, better down.
DW LINK
Since 2005, we've partnered with suspension guru Dave Weagle on the dw-link suspension platform. It provides an unparalleled combination of climbing efficiency and downhill performance, which has been proven repeatedly at the highest levels of racing.
AIR & COIL COMPATIBLE
The Ripmo AF is compatible with both coil and air shocks due to a more progressive leverage rate. It allows for coil's linearity to thrive and we spec air shocks with tunes that provide pop without feeling too harsh. On the trail, it gives the suspension a supple feel throughout the entirety of the stroke, enhancing traction no matter how deep you dig.
2.6" TIRE CLEARANCE
Ibis helped pioneer the wide rim revolution, which inspired the new crop of wider 2.4"-2.6" tires. When paired together, this combo can be run at ultra-low pressures which results in elbow-dragging cornering traction without sacrificing straight line speed.
PICK YOUR SIZE
We use words like small, medium, and large to describe our sizing because it's easy to understand, but our ultra-low standovers give you the ability to size your frame based on reach and preference.
LONG DROPPER POST
What's better than a dropper post? A longer one. Our frames are designed to accommodate the longest dropper posts possible. Riders over 5'8 (or 173cm) can easily run a 185mm dropper post, while folks between 5' and 5'8 (152cm-172cm) can use a post 125mm or longer depending on inseam length.
REMOVABLE ISCG05 MOUNT
Our optional ISCG 05 mount is there if you want it, removable if you don't.
SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY
We stand behind our products. If it's our fault, we'll fix it. Our aluminum frames are backed by the same 7 year warranty and excellent customer service as our carbon products.

The DV9 is back! A do-it-all carbon fiber hardtail designed to take you from the trailhead to the starting line, with a session at the pump track in between. Lighter weight, with up to date geometry, and engineered to the same exacting standards as the rest of our line, it packs a ton of performance in a more accessible price.
GEOMETRY
Inspired by the World Cup Race Winning Exie USA, the DV9 features a rowdy-but-not-too-rowdy 66.5° head angle and ultra-playful 425mm chainstays. A low standover improves fit for the inseam challenged rider, while size specific seat tube angles give riders of all heights an efficient yet enjoyable riding position.
TIRE CLEARANCE
Whether you prefer the cushy and confident ride that 2.6" tires deliver or the blazing speed of weight-conscious 2.25" rubber, we've got you covered.
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
Internal cable routing used to be a pain in the ass but our internal tubes make routing easy. Just pop the housing through and it comes out the other end, no need for swear words or a pickset.
FRAME PROTECTION
Our thick rubber downtube and chainstay protection help dampen noise and protect the frame. We've also included a simple-yet-elegant adjustable top guide that allows you to drop the hammer, not your chain.
2X BOTTLE CLEARANCE
The DV9 has clearance for two water bottles inside the front triangle of every size frame. Even the small.

What if we took everybody's favorite bike and made it a little slacker and little longer? Hell, what if we made it more progressive and coil compatible? And that's exactly what we did for the Ripmo V2S. Active ingredients include: 29" wheels, berm-defying cornering tendencies, and a love for long rides.
GEOMETRY
The Ripmo and Ripmo AF share the same steep, 76-degree seat tube angle and a rangy but not stratospheric reach, which places riders centrally over the pedals. It makes for an efficient position that can go the long haul. The slack 64.9 headtube angle and 44mm reduced-off set fork doesn't wander while climbing, and doesn't hold you back descending. It works - all day up, all day down, all day in between.
REVISED SWINGARM
The Ripmo V2S features a new UDH dérailleur for maximum future compatibility and moves to a 55mm chain line. The wider chain line allows for a stiffer chainstay.
TRACTION TUNE
Our custom tuned front and rear suspension feature extra light high-speed compression and rebound damping to deliver unparalleled traction. This allows the wheels to flutter through terrain like a trophy truck storming through a set of whoops.
COIL COMPATIBLE
The Ripmo V2S is compatible with both coil and air shocks due to a more progressive leverage rate. On the trail, it gives the suspension a supple feel throughout the entirety of the stroke, enhancing traction no matter how deep you dig.
DROPPER POST CLEARANCE
Mo' dropper, mo' better. On small frames, you can run 125 - 150mm, pending your preference and inseam length. Our shorter seat-tube lengths and low standovers allow you to choose your size based on your reach preference.
TIRE CLEARANCE
You can run overbuilt, chunky tires; you can run light, big volume fast tires, but whatever you run, know that you're not limited by width.
BUSHINGS
Tired of hitting "purchase" on another set of bearings each season? So were we. That's why we use bushings where they make sense, and bearings where they don't. The IGUS bushings in our lower link are lighter, stiffer, and virtually maintenance free. We believe so strongly in them, we back them with a free lifetime replacement.
LIGHTWEIGHT PREMIUM CARBON FOR EVERYONE
All our bikes are built from the highest grade materials and optimized for the best strength, weight, stiffness, and ride performance - no matter how much you spend. The Ripmo weighs a svelte 6.25 lbs with a DPX2 shock and complete builds start at 28 lbs.
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
Bikes that look pretty on the outside, should look pretty on the inside. We use carbon fiber tubes molded within each frame. Push the cable in, watch it pop out, a beautiful moment indeed.
REMOVABLE ISCG MOUNT
So, you're too fast for narrow-wide chain retention on its own? Challenge accepted. Our removable ISCG tabs allow shredders to bolt on a chain guide, while the rest of us can shave grams.
PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
A thick rubber downtube protector deflects debris, while our chainstay protector features thick raised sections to help dampen chain slap noise. And our simple-yet-elegant linkage protectors stop mud and rocks thrown by the tire, keeping your beautiful bike beautiful.

Specifications are subject to change. Please inquire for current details.Modern Classic
This is a very different OPEN yet it answers the same question: What do we want to ride? While we love pushing the envelope, we also love the classic bike aesthetic. In the MIN.D. both come together.
The joy of cycling starts even before the first pedal stroke, as you collect your MIN.D., feel its lightness, admire the sleek tube profiles, see the shimmering midnight blue, smile at the splash of color from the 4 OPEN logo colors fading into each other on the inside of the fork and chainstays.
Once on the bike, a strange combination of performance and comfort becomes apparent. Every gram of material has a function. Beyond it is nothing, other than the endless draw of roads unknown. This is the MIN.D. (MINimal Design); it exists because it’s the road bike we wanted to ride.
WHAT IS THE MIN.D.?
A high performance road bike frame using OPEN’s ultra-efficient tube shaping for power transfer, low weight & high strength
Continuous seat tube design for extreme comfort without gimmicks
Tire clearance for modern road tires up to 32mm (since tire labeling is unreliable, always check tire clearance with the frame)
Available in standard 2x and dedicated 1x version
Classic, understated look in both shaping and color
COMFORT
Comfort is not about gimmicks, elastomers, electronic suspension or sub-atomic vibration damping graphene-infused nano-particles. It's about finding ways to ride further, for longer, while enjoying it.
A comfortable fit geometry comes first. Our aim is sportive (we still want to go fast) but with a realistic saddle-to-handlebar drop and reach.
Secondly, bad roads are one of the worst comfort killers, whether through cracks and potholes or simply through vibrations. Making your tires a tad larger is the most effective comfort boost while also improving rolling resistance and grip.
Finally, we create comfort through the frame shape and layup, in particular the seat tube/seatmast and the seatstays.
CONTINUOUS SEAT TUBE
The continuous seat tube design is extremely small at 25mm diameter (30mm is normally the minimum if you want to fit in a 27.2mm seatpost). This change adds astonishing comfort to the frame. Removing the seatpost/seat tube overlap at the top tube also means the seat tube compliance continues uninterrupted.
Our own minimalist seat tube top clamp is nearly invisible yet easily adjustable by 0-15mm and slip-proof. We even have our special MOCT saddle clamp (Measure Once Cut Twice) which is adjustable from 15-35mm. This also makes it much easier to resell your frame later on, although you probably never want to lose your MIN.D.
And don’t worry about traveling with the seatmast. We recommend the Scicon Aerocomfort 3.0 which let’s you travel without even removing the saddle (up to 80cm saddle height) or by removing the saddle+top clamp (up to 85cm saddle height). You don’t even have to remove the handlebars or twist them; all you do is remove the wheels and pack the bike. This bags fits tons of gear, rolls well and offers great protection.
SIMPLICITY
It may sound weird that we consider this one of the most important features of the MIN.D. But as Dieter Rams said: “As little design as possible” (we highly recommend the documentary and the book). This is a pure road bike, and nothing more. Simply because it doesn’t have to be anything else.
NEW ROAD HANDLING
We’ve done a lot of work on steering geometry in the past five years. Some of you in the Basel area may have seen us ride around on weird concoctions with adjustable head tube angles and chainstay lengths.
The MIN.D, takes everything we’ve learned from our road bike test mule and our gravel bike on/off-road geometry experiments, putting it back into a pure road bike geometry

For XC racing, stiffness equals speed. That’s what drove our thinking when building the Roval Control SL handlebar. Borrowing inspiration from trail bike tech, we knew a 35mm bar clamp width would give us the rigidity our athletes demanded, and function as the backbone for our ultra-light, hand laid up carbon.
It’s light… Like, 185 grams light.
But, light-weight and stiffness aren’t the only pieces of the puzzle. Riders also need high-precision control while descending, and a comfortable, sustainable position on grueling climbs. The Roval Control SL’s 780mm width allows you to dial in your perfect size, and it’s World Championship proven geometry gives the confidence to attack any segment.

Mass is the enemy of performance, so we pulled out all the stops to make the Alpinist Seatpost the lightest post we've ever seen that passes our standards. At 136 grams (27.2mm x 300mm), it's about as light as you'll find. Not only does light weight make for faster climbing, it also improves acceleration and ride quality. The Alpinist 2-bolt micro-adjust clamp with extended saddle cradle ensures precision fit and secure retention. Available in two sizes, 27.2mm x 300mm and 27.2mm x 360mm, each with a 12mm setback. Trail wheels often fall into two categories—they're either heavy and durable or light and flexy. And because of this, a lightweight, wide-profile, and enduro-ready carbon wheel seems like something only found in a fairytale, but lucky for you, we made it a reality.
The Traverse SL Fattie 27.5 puts all the flickable, nimble features you need in an all-mountain wheel into one package, and it has the results to prove it. Along with light overall weight, stiffness, and durability, another top priority for the Traverse SL was ease of use. First off, we got rid of the creaky straight-pull spokes and corrosion-prone alloy nipples. Next up, we landed on 28 J-bend spokes, for both the front and rear wheels, that are all the same length—making it easy to find replacements if needed. And finally, we engineered a new hub design, with a wider profile and higher flange to aid in overall stiffness.
What's with the big-boned name, you ask? The Traverse SL Fatties may be wide, but with a 30mm inner rim width, they're far from the girth of a fat bike rim. But let's talk width. You've probably noticed that mountain bike rim widths have hovered between 19 and 23 millimeters for decades, and they've been long overdue for a change. In the search for a better wheel design, our engineers began testing 2.3- to 2.5-inch tires on 45-millimeter-wide fat bike rims to see what, if any, benefits could be found. It only took them a few rides to realize that the wider rims offered a variety of advantages, like adding additional tire volume, which better supports the tires in hard cornering, greatly improves traction because of the ability to run lower pressures, and noticeably increases rim stiffness. They did note that there is an occurrence of diminishing returns with increasing width, however, and after testing everything from 25 to 45mm, determined that a 30mm inner width is optimal.
After determining the width, we began designing the rim using the knowledge that we gained when developing the Control SL. With this, we started with our Zero Bead Hook technology that gets rid of the weak spot found in a traditional wheel, and combined it with the wider profile to make a carbon rim that effectively dissipates forces. This way, you can take abuse from rocks without the worry of cracks or dents.
Ok, so they're strong, impact-resistant, and tire supporting-they must be heavy, right? Wrong. Even though "fattie"? is in their name, they're far from fat. To achieve this weight, we hand-build our rims to our own alloy hubs, using only the highest quality DT Swiss Competition Race spokes. Inside our hubs, you'll find DT Swiss 240 internals with a quick engaging 54t DT Swiss star ratchet system in the rear that allows you to power over rocks and roots without delay. And while machines do a pretty good job of building wheels, we choose professionally trained humans because they do so with an artistic touch that makes for minimal flaws. Whether you need a carbon wheelset to get you through an enduro stage or one to shred your local rock garden, the Traverse SL Fattie has you covered.
